That's right, Blogosphere, you heard right...
against my better judgement, I'm informing you it's my birthday today.

Happy 33rd Birthday to me!
I don't normally advertise it, but I sprang up out of bed this morning (okay, more like my alarm would NOT shut up and I dragged my sorry butt out of bed from annoyance) and thought, "What the heck? I'll shout it to the world before anyone else has the opportunity. That way I'M in control! Muuaahahahahaaaa." Well, maybe that's not exactly what I thought, but we'll go with it for now.
So for my birthday demands wish I'd like to hear birthday stories from all of you!
What's your favorite or funniest or worst or craziest birthday story?
Happy Birthday! My funniest, craziest birthday story is that I had a virtual party on my blog this year. If you'd like to attend you can still find it gracing the May 2 post, or label under birthday. We all had a great time until DL started throwing people in the pool.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI can't think of any funny bday stories! Some have been fun, but nothing too crazy...
Happy birthday Gina! You know, on my sweet 16th birthday, my parents totally forgot. I wasn't living at home at the time, and when I called them, they didn't remember until I told them at the end of the phone call. Then they were like, oh yeah, happy birthday. I was so upset. I was living in these crappy dorms, with smelly people, and my parents didn't even remember my birthday. I felt like the world was against me. Funny how often we think that as teenagers, huh? :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to you!!! Wishing you a fabulous day, my friend. Yay! :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite was from my 30th birthday. Somehow my small little get together ended up becoming an after party of a wedding reception. So, it kind of bummed me out because we had plans to make pizza and drink wine. Then I was hosting and it took all the fun out of it. But after everyone left, two of my closest friends and our guys ended up having a cupcake fight outside with the leftover cupcakes from the wedding.
Cheers to you, Gina!
Happy birthday! I don't have any crazy stories, but I had to take finals 3 years in a row on my birthday (May 7). Not fun, let me tell you!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday, Gina!
ReplyDeleteMost of my birthdays are quiet so nothing too crazy.
Hope you have a great day!
Most of my birthdays have been pretty low-key. Probably the one that shouldn't have been, was my 21st birthday. I mean, I was 21, I could go out, drink, party. Unfortunately, all of my friends were either out of town or had some kind of thing going. So, on the night that I should have had a blast getting plastered, I went with out with one friend, for one drink, before going home and going to bed. :(
ReplyDeleteBy the way... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Have fun, eat cake, don't get arrested. ;)
ReplyDeleteHappy happy birthday, Gina!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite birthday is when I turned 10 and got my American Girl doll Molly. I was so excited!!! Fourteen years later, she's still one of my greatest treasures! She's in my office cheering me on as I write. :)
Have a wonderful birthday!
Happy Birthday!
ReplyDeleteMy birthdays are always quiet, but I like them that way. :)
Lots of great birthday memories...but I'm gonna have to go with my 50th. My wife surprised me when I came home from work...she had a 60" plasma TV installed that day. I was in heaven...and I get to re-live that surprise every single day when I watch TV or a movie!
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BIRTHDAY GINA!!!! (((HUGS)))
Happy Birthday girl!!! 33 was a good year for me -- it was the year my daughter was born!
ReplyDeleteOne of the most memorable b-days I had was the year hubby and I lived in France, on the Riviera. I turned 35 and that weekend we went to see Tom Jones in Monte Carlo -- The Edge from U2 was in the audience!!! At the end of the performance I went over to him (Edge) and asked for his autograph (explaining it was my b-day) and he was SO NICE! I hated turning 35 but that made it alot easier!
Happy Birthday, Gina. Enjoy 33! I would tell you a birthday story, but I'm 41 now, and can't remember!! Kidding! I did cut a hand open one birthday in my teens. I took 5 stitches that day. Please don't hurt yourself. Oh! and nothing that will end up on YouTube!
ReplyDeleteTake care.
